Our quality lab is equipped with advanced probing CMMs (coordinate measuring machines), vision systems, and all standard gaging equipment like thread gages, carbide plug gages, and more. These tools enable us to measure complex geometries with exceptional accuracy, ensuring that every part aligns with your specifications.

Additionally, we continually invest in the latest software and technologies to enhance our quality control processes. This allows us to provide real-time data capture and SPC (Statistical Process Control), enabling us to track and analyze measurements to maintain consistency and quality throughout the production process.

We perform rigorous in-process inspection techniques during production to monitor every facet of quality. Our team conducts first-piece inspections to verify specifications at the start of production and final inspections to ensure that every part meets quality requirements at the conclusion of the run. For industries such as medical devices (including dental, robotics, and more), we are trained in validation activities such as TMV, Cpk, Ppk, and other techniques to ensure that all components meet industry standards.
